Active Monday - 47 - Chai Tea Recipe To Prepare At Home

Hi my dear friends. I hope you are feeling good at the cold November days. I would like to give you a chai tea recipe, to keep you warm and healthy. And also a toning workout to start your week full with energy. 

Chai tea 

(for about 8 cups)

Today I want to give you a recipe for chai-tee that will keep us warm and energize on cold winter days. Although these teas are sold as pre-made bags, believe it is very easy to make at home.

6 cups of water
4 cups of vegetable milk
6 whole cardamom pods
4 cloves
1 tbsp fennel seeds
½ teaspoon finely chopped ginger
4 tbsp Assam tea
ground cinnamon

All ingredients except the tea, bring to a boil in a saucepan, stir. Simmer over low heat for one minute. Add the tea and bring everything to a boil again. Then set to the lowest level and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Then pour the spiced tea through a sieve directly into the cups or into a jug. Before serving, froth some milk, add the milk foam to the tea and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
