42 actives weeks are finished this year. I was active all year long, I hope you too. I have again a very active video and a healthy soup recipe. I am not vegetarian but I am trying to eat less meat. I can say that I am half vegetarian.

Vegetarian mushroom soup

Materials
10 culture mushrooms

1 nectarine

1 glass of water Soy Milk or almond milk

2 tablespoons of flour

Parsley

Liquid oil

Black pepper

Salt

Preparation 

Roast onions with oil. Chop the mushrooms and add to the pot. Then add the flour. Add salt, pepper and hot water and allow to boil. After boiling, add the milk, hold for 5 minutes and remove from the stove. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.


For this week I have a fat burning workout video, to start the new week active and full of energy.
