Hi everybody. For today's active Monday day, I have a very tasty salad recipe and a pilates workout video for home.
Vegetarian salad with lentils
Materials
A cup of green lentils
Tomato
Onion
Parsley
Pickled cucumbers
Put the lentils in a bowl, add warm water and leave until morning. In the morning, put the lentils in freshwater, boil and leave them till they are cold.
Chop the onions, tomatoes, parsley, pickled cucumbers and mix them with lentils. Add plenty of lemon and olive oil. You can also put salt and pepper if you want.
