Hello from a new week, 27th active monday week. July is the warmer summer month but we have to keep our body fit. I would like to share a cardio workout today. I hope you enjoy it. Cardio exercises are very important to burn fat and to loose weight, or to keep your weight.

The best foods for hot summer days are cold salads. I have a very easy summer salad for you today but it keeps you full and also active. You can use the ingredients as more as you like. 


tomatoes
cucumber
feta cheese
basil
balsamico
olive oil
black seed
