Active Monday -25

Hi everybody from our 25. Active Monday week. I can not believe that is allready 25 weeks. I know it is too hot now in many countries, but we have to working out regularly all year long to stay fit.

For today I choose a Boob Lift workout video. But first, I would like to tell you some things about our breasts. If you are on a diet, you can have suggy breasts. Our breast are made from fat, so during we are loosing fat we are loosing our breasts or they have a bad form after loosing weight. So you have to start immediately, paralell with your diet with chest excercises. 3-4 times a week from chest work out helps us to make strong chest and back muscels and it is helpfull to avoid suggy breasts
