I can not believe that it is the 15. week for Active Monday. Time goes by very quickly. I have a walk video to fat burnign and some very useful tipps for the new bikini season. Enjoy it.

6 Foods You Should Avoid Before You Wear A Bikini

It is almost summer.  We do sports all winter, we will wear bikinis and go swimming,, suddenly do we notice that our stomach swells .  Although some foods are useful, they are bloated. You can't eat them at all. What can we do in this case? We will either reduce the amount and consume, or avoid eating before risky clothes like bikinis. Now let's see what these things are:

1. Acidic Beverages: Acidic beverages, although unsweetened, can inflate their belly like a balloon. It's a good thing to avoid.

2. Salt: Eating salty foods, or putting extra salt in the food does not make bloating, but it causes the body to hold water, which makes us look bulging.

3. Bloating vegetables: Broccoli, cabbage, and the castle, even in the long-term weight-loss foods, they contain a sugar called raffinose, which is a gas maker. It is best to avoid such food before swimming or going to an important invitation.
4. Chewing gum: Chewing gum can feel like an innocent fun, but because we swallow a lot of air, our belly can swell like a balloon.

5. Sugary drinks: Even though fruit cocktails may look like innocent summer drinks, they cause swelling due to fructose.

6. Dairy products: If you have lactose intolerance, it is useful to avoid these products. Even if the people who have no problem consumes more, they can make gas and bloating.
