A new week and a new active monday workout video today. We have to work for our total body, so I decided to share a total body workout with you. Toning and muscle workout is very important for extra fat burning and a tonned body. 

Health tipp this week

Leg muscles are the largest and biggest muscles in our body. Working out the legs helps you to burn a lot of calories and fat. After the legs, secondary big muscel group is our upper body. Also you have to work upper body regularly.
