A new week and a new active Monday workout video today. We have to work for our total body, so I decided to share a total body workout with you. Toning and muscle workout is very important for extra fat burning and a toned body. 

Health tip this week

Leg muscles are the largest and biggest muscles in our body. Working out the legs helps you to burn a lot of calories and fat. After the legs, secondary big muscle group is our upper body. Also, you have to work the upper body regularly.
