Oscars 2023- Red Ahhm Beige Carpet Looks:)

2023 Red Carpet Looks? or 2023 Beige Carpet Looks? Did you ask yourself the same question when you live streamed the event or saw photos from the awards ceremony? In a special ceremony outside the Dolby Theater a few days ago, the Academy rolled out the world's most famous carpet - and surprised everyone
Oscars 2023: The red carpet was beige this year !!!
After a few days of being sick with the Noro virus, I found the strength to write Oscar red carpet looks. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it, the red carpet is beige!!!

Suppose someone tells you the term "Oscars 2023." Among the first five words that come to your mind - besides "award statues," "prizes," or "evening gowns" - is bound to be the term "red carpet," right?! So at least for me. It's such a ubiquitous element of the entertainment industry's biggest awards show that an entire franchise has been built around it.

Why the red carpet is beige this year

The Oscars 2023 is betting that a beige or champagne carpet could be a change worth investing in. At the ceremony outside the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, host Jimmy Kimmel, Academy CEO Bill Kramer and Academy President Janet Yang unveiled the carpet, which this year will be a muted champagne/sand/beige shade.

First red carpet color change since 1961

According to the American Broadcasting Company (ABC), the carpet at the Oscars has been red since 1961. Some  TV presenters at the Oscars on Sunday night referring to the "red carpet" out of habit, and we can only hope that anyone who was planning to wear a champagne-colored dress was warned in time so they would not risk disappearing into the background.

Perhaps the beige/champagne carpet is a foretaste of other possible changes to come: subtle, stylish, something that may not even be noticed at first glance.
