Chinese Noodles Recipe

 Hello everyone! Today I would like to give you a recipe for Chinese noodles with vegetables, which my daughter and I cook very often. This delicious meal, which can be prepared in as little as half an hour, is extremely satisfying. You can choose the ingredients according to your own taste. You can use zucchini, beans, peas, or other vegetables.



What would you say is the difference between Chinese pasta and other kinds of pasta, it cooks quickly and is much lighter. However, those who do not like it can also prepare it with normal pasta.

My recipe for today is prepared with chicken or turkey meat. If you want the duck meat to be more crispy, you can pre-cook it in the oven.


  Ingredients

Chicken, turkey, or duck meat


Fresh green, yellow, and red Pepper


Carrots


Zucchini, beans, or other vegetables (you can choose according to your preference)


Garlic


Soy Sauce


Spice


Olive oil


Pepper


Preparation 

Cut the chicken or turkey meat into large dice and fry it in a little oil

When the chicken is slightly roasted, add the green peppers you cut into it, colored peppers can also be used.

Cut the carrots into thin strips and add them. If you want the carrots to be softer, soften them in a separate pan beforehand.

Finely chop the zucchini and add. Add spices (according to preference) and pepper to the mixture. I don't add extra salt because soy sauce is very salty.

Boil water in a separate saucepan, add salt and oil and add the pasta. Boil for 5-6 minutes. Then drain the boiling pasta and add it to the chicken and vegetable mixture. Put the crushed garlic and soy sauce in a bowl and mix. If the soy sauce is too salty, you can thin it with a bit of water. Pour the soy sauce into the mixture and cook for 5 minutes until everything is mixed together. Then turn off the stove, let it cool for 5-10 minutes, and serve. Enjoy your meal.
