Active Monday-15 Minutes Barre Arms Workout & Avocado Strawberry Salad



Hello to everyone! After a week of covid infection, I am fine again. It was not bad but also not very easy, just like influenza.  I started to believe that I will never catch it but anyway it's happened:) 
I hope you are all well. Today on the Active Monday blog, I want to share a 15 minutes barre arm workout. It's short but effective. And a fresh avocado strawberry salad recipe. Enjoy it:)


Avocado Strawberry Salad


Ingredients for 1 serving

200 grams of strawberries
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
100 grams of avocados
1 handful of lettuce of your choice
10 g cashew nuts
1 splash of lemon juice
1 pinch of pepper and iodized salt with fluoride

preparation

Wash and slice the strawberries. Place the strawberry slices in a bowl, pour the balsamic vinegar and let stand for about 10 minutes.
Halve the avocado lengthways and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh and cut the desired amount into thin slices.
Wash the lettuce, tear it into bite-sized pieces, pat dry and place it on a large plate.
Gently roast the cashew nuts in a hot pan. Put the cashews on the lettuce with the avocado and the pickled strawberries.
Mix the lemon juice with salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
Serve the avocado and strawberry salad straight away.
