Today I wanted to suggest you another beach workout. After exercising in closed rooms all winter, I recommend you to exercise at the beach, pool, terrace, or garden if you have the opportunity.

Blueberry Banana Drink
Ingredients for 1 serving
75 grams of blueberries
0.5 pieces of banana
0.5 tsp honey
100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
preparation
Puree all ingredients either in a blender or with a hand blender, pour into a tall glass, and enjoy immediately.
Tip: For an extra portion of refreshment, you can add 2-3 ice cubes to the glass.
