Active Monday- 30 Minute Fat Burning Home Workout For Beginners & Goat Cheese Salad

Hello to everyone! It's Active Monday again and it's finally summertime! I am going regularly swimming. Swimming helps me to be in form quickly. And this is a wonderful feeling to be in the water. But today I have a fat-burning workout for you. It doesn't matter if you aren't fit enough. This workout is also for beginners. 
And my second suggestion is a healthy goat cheese salad. Enjoy them and have a happy week🌞🌞🌞


Goat Cheese Salad

ingredients for 2

½ tsp dried lavender flowers
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tsp lavender honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
150 g baby salad mix
1 small handful of edible flowers (e.g. nasturtium)
2 pieces of Crottin de Chavignol


1. Put lavender blossoms and vinegar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil briefly. Then remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture steep for 10 minutes. Pass the vinegar through a sieve and set aside a few lavender blossoms.

2. Mix vinegar, 1 tsp honey, mustard, and some salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil.

3. Wash and spin dry the lettuce. read flowers.

4. Halve the goat cheese horizontally. Place cut-side up on a small baking sheet (or in a casserole dish) lined with parchment paper and drizzle with the remaining honey. Scatter some lavender flowers on top. Gratin the cheese under the hot grill for 3-4 minutes.

5. Mix the lettuce and flowers with the salad dressing. Arrange on 2 plates with the cheese and serve immediately.
