Active Monday-14 Minutes Total Body Burn & Watermelon Drink

Hello to everyone! I am happy to announce another Active Monday post! On hot summer days, we don't need long home workouts. That's why I decided on a short 14 minutes total body Pilates workout. For more activity, you can take a walk in the early morning hours or in the evening. 

And as a fresh drink recipe, I would like to add a watermelon drink that is very easy to prepare. 

Watermelon drink

Refreshing and cool watermelon juice with a squeeze of lemon and some mint. The perfect drink to enjoy a hot summer day.

2 cups chopped, chilled, seeded watermelon
½ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
Juice from ½ lemon
mint leaves

Put all the ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth batter. Pour over ice cubes and enjoy!
