Active Monday - 6 Minute Standing Abs Workout & China Cabbage Salad

Hello everyone from Active Monday. I hope everyone is well. There has been light snowfall for two days and it is quite cold while we experience temperatures above 20 degrees before one week. I wish spring to come soon. Who else doesn't like cold weather?

Today I wanted to add a short abs exercise for you. We need plenty of vitamins during the seasonal transitions. We can get this best by eating healthy. You can prepare a vitamin bomb lunch or dinner with a Chinese cabbage salad with plenty of vitamins.

Chinese cabbage salad

Ingredients

250 g Chinese cabbage

4 cocktail tomatoes

4 pieces of pointed peppers

4 tbsp pumpkin seed oil

1 dash of apple cider vinegar

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp mustard

1 clove of garlic

2 tbsp yogurt

preparation

Mixed for the Chinese cabbage salad, wash the cherry tomatoes, Chinese cabbage, and pointed peppers. Then halve the tomatoes, remove the core from the peppers and cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Then put it in a large bowl.

Prepare a marinade from the oil, vinegar, mustard, yogurt, and garlic (mix everything together firmly) and mix well with the salad and serve.
