Hello everyone from another Active Monday! Are you ready for the new week? Today I have a wonderful workout with a resistance loop for you. I love to work out with resistance loops, they are really very effective. And as a healthy recipe, I choose a vegan breakfast. Enjoy them and have a happy and healthy week.
Vegan fitness breakfast
Ingredients for 1 serving
3 tbsp flaxseed (crushed)
200ml of water
3 tbsp rolled oats (tender)
1 pc banana
1 pc apple
1 pinch of cinnamon
preparation
The night before, mix the flaxseed with the water and place covered in the fridge.
The next morning, first peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Gradually add the flaxseed and liquid and work in with a fork. Then add the oatmeal and work it in as well. Peel the apple, cut it into small pieces and stir in.
