Gingerbread Cookies Recipe


Not without gingerbread cookies as Christmas time approaches. Today I wanted to give you an easy gingerbread cookie recipe. Depending on the size of the mold you will use, approximately 12 pieces come out.



7 tbsp honey

250 g rye flour

150 grams of sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tbsp gingerbread spice

2 tbsp butter

1 pc eggs


For the gingerbread cookies, preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line the baking sheet with baking paper. Heat the honey in a saucepan.

Sift the flour into a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour honey into it. Mix with a hand mixer with a dough hook.

Mix in sugar, baking soda, gingerbread spice, butter, and egg and knead until the dough is smooth and pliable. Roll out 0.5 cm thick on a lightly floured work surface and cut out biscuits as desired.

Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
