Active Monday - Barre Cardio & Vegetable Pan Recipe

Hello to everyone! It's Active Monday again! Another new week and we have only a few weeks till Christmas. But now let us do something for our health. Today I have a barre cardio workout for you and a very healthy vegetable pan with eggs. Enjoy them:)

LIGHT VEGETABLE PAN WITH EGGS 


Ingredients 

 35g red peppers
90g zucchini
1pc egg
40g herder's cheese
Olive oil
1picePepper 
2Basil 

preparation 

Cut the zucchini into spaghetti with the spiral cutter, cut the bell pepper into coarse strips. Fry them together briefly in olive oil, add the egg and mix gently with the vegetables. Crumble the shepherd's cheese and sprinkle it on the vegetables. Season with pepper cut the basil, and sprinkle on top.
