Hello to everyone. There are only a few days left until we enter the month of Christmas, December. Christmas time means home decorations, gifts, and delicious cookies. However, those who do not want to gain weight and those who are on a diet often have to stay away from these tasty cookies.
Today I wanted to give you a low-calorie and delicious recipe. You can prepare and consume it yourself, provided that you do not exaggerate.
I also added a 35-minute slimming barre workout video as of today's Active Monday healthy lifestyle exercise.

Cookie recipe under 30 kcal
Ingredients (30 pieces)
40 g butter
100 g of sugar
60 g full grain flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
8 cl coconut milk
preparation
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix the sugar, flour, and cocoa in a bowl. First, pour in the melted butter, then the coconut milk, and stir well.
Use a small spoon to spread 1/4 of the dough in 7–8 circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave enough space between the individual circles. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 10 minutes.
Take the tray out of the oven and after about 30 seconds remove the cookies from the baking tray and immediately place them on a rolling pin so that they take on a round shape. Poke a small hole in the dough and let it harden. Pull the gold or silver thread through the hole and hang it up. Bake the rest of the dough in the same way and let it cool down
