Active Monday-Summerbody Vinyasa Flow & Raspberry-grape Iced Tea



Hello to all my active readers:) It's Active Monday again and we start a very dynamic and busy week. These are the last 2 school weeks of my kids and I am happy about the summer holidays.
Today I have a Summer body yoga flow workout for you. And again, a fresh summer drink, raspberry grape iced tea. Enjoy them:)

Raspberry grape iced tea


3 teaspoons of black tea
1 lemon (s), the juice of it
100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
½ liter of grape juice, red, ice-cold
 sugar or stevia
 Ice, diced
½ liter of water, hot
½ liter of cold water


Brew 3 teaspoons of black tea with 0.5 liters of hot water and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Then pour through a sieve into 0.5 liters of cold water and allow to cool. Add the lemon juice, raspberries, and cold grape juice to the tea and sweeten with sugar to taste.

Put ice cubes in a glass and pour the tea mixture into it.
