Hello everyone from Active Monday. Are we ready to start the week like a bomb? Officially we have entered Valentine's week. That's why I want to add a heart-shaped mozzarella salad recipe as well as a pleasant dance exercise.
Mozzarella salad
2 packs of mozzarella
300 g tomato
20 basil leaves, fresh
50 ml Condimento Bianco
6 tbsp organic olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Preparation
Wash and quarter the tomatoes and remove the stalk. Take the mozzarella out of the packaging, pat dry with kitchen paper, and cut into approx. 1.5 cm thick slices.
Cut out as many mozzarella hearts as possible with a heart cookie cutter. Alternate tomato quarters and mozzarella hearts on a deep plate.
Wash fresh basil leaves, dab, and spread on the salad.
Drizzle the tomato mozzarella with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
