Active Monday 3 - Full Body Workout & Vegetable Casserole Recipe

The time goes very fast, isn't it? We are in the 3rd week of 2020. At the 3rd Active Monday post, I would like to share a healthy vegetable casserole recipe and a full-body workout. Enjoy it :)


Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings
1 pinch butter
3 pcs egg
3 tbsp plain flour
3 pcs garlic cloves
1 tbsp marjoram (finely chopped)
125 g Mozzarella
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
250 g sour cream
400g frozen mixed vegetables

Preparation

Preheat the tube to 200C for the vegetable casserole. Spread the baking dish (approx. 600 ml) with butter and sprinkle with crumbs.
Rinse vegetables hot in a colander and let them drain. Roughly grate mozzarella.
Mix the cream with the flour and eggs, season well with salt, pepper, marjoram and crushed garlic. Mix in the vegetables and half of the mozzarella, stir everything together.
Spread the mass in the mould, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and in the tube (middle rail/grating) for approx. 40 min. Bake top and bottom heat.
Sprinkle various fresh herbs over the vegetable casserole.
