Zucchini Salad
4 pieces of zucchini (finely sliced)
1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 piece of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 glass of water yoghurt
1 clove of garlic
1/2 bunch of dill
1 dessert spoon dry mint
Put 2 cups of water in a deep saucepan and allow to boil.
Place a strainer on your deep pan and transfer the finely sliced zucchini into the strainer.
Close the lid of the pan and let the pumpkins soften for about 5 minutes in a steam and remove from the stove.
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and salt in a bowl and pour over the pumpkins. Mix together with a pinch of dill.
Place the zucchini in a serving bowl, then pour the yoghurt, garlic and chopped dill in a separate bowl into the middle of the zucchini.
Serve by sprinkling with dry mint.
