Active Monday - 29


Hi everybody from 29. Active Monday week !!! I know we have the hottest summer days but this doesn't mean that we don' t have to work out. Some of us like to take it easy and makes yoga or stretching and some of us love to give all. That' s why I have a Hight İntensity (HİİT) workout for you. You can burn a lot of calories with HİİT workouts in a short time.


So let' s start our weeks with activity and don' t forget to stay active during all week. Happy Monday to all active women out there !!!
