Hi dears. Your welcome to my blog to start a new active week. I prepared some usefull tipps for you this week too. Sure you can find many other examples in you tube und internet. I try only to motivate all of us to a healthier and more active life. 

Health tipps this week:

Kinoa Salad

Kinoa has a high amount of calcium, which is as protein-like and can be used better than milk in the body. It is said to be gluten-free as it has too much fiber content (I recommend that people with gluten complaints still consult their doctor before use). Cholesterol-free quinoa is a low-fat, easy-to-digest cereal for babies and children. Today I would like yo share you a kinoa salad recipe.
After waiting a few hours in water and activating the enzymes in it, it cooks in just 15 minutes. If you do not want to keep in water again, no problem, cooking time does not change, only the amount of water you add is changing.


1 cup kinoa
1,5 cups of water (measure with the same glass)
1 tablespoon pepper paste or tomato paste
1 cucumber
2 pieces of pepper
1 large tomato or 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce prepared from the summer
1 tea cup of broken walnut
half bunch of parsley
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 fresh onions
3-4 pieces of green salad
1 piece of lemon juice
enough olive oil
enough salt, freshly ground black pepper, chili peppers and lots of cumin
