How To Get Rid Of Cellulite ?

It is not possible to expect cardio exercises and get rid of cellulite. There may be cases in which Cardio also reduces cellulite to some extent, but this is a very demanding situation. First of all, we have to give importance to strengthening our leg muscles. As the muscles become stronger, fat burning in the legs will increase, and the disorder in the connective tissue will appear less visually to the eye.
Nutrition is also very important in the fight against cellulite. Foods that trigger the formation of cellulite, which causes the accumulation of toxins in our body refined oils, refined foods, alcohol, sugar. Smoking also triggers cellulite because it increases toxins considerably. Drinking coffee is said to increase cellulite, but this is not yet a definite issue.

Drink plenty of water, fresh foods, plenty of vegetables to consume fruits, detox to the body to help detox the toxins.

There are many cosmetic products that are sold or recommended on the market, but they are not 100% effective. Recently I read that the people who apply the coffee grounds mask are satisfied, and if there are any results, I would like to hear their comments ...

  8. WÜnsche dir ein schönes Wochenende. Aktuell fange ich ja gerade an Muskeln aufzubauen. Leide rnicht so täglich, wie ich es mir wünschen würde, aber ich habe gestern endlich mal eine richtige Plank geschafft und das sogar eine Minute lang. :)
