Active Monday-6

A new active monday day today. For today I choose a realy hard workout video with high tempo. This is a 45 minute, full body toning workout video with Jake DuPree. I love Jake' s work outs. He is a very joyfull person with much energy. And I think a 45 minute workout is a very good idea to start an active week. 

Health Tipp This Week :

Don' t forget to drink at least 2 cup of detox tee every day. It helps your body to get rid of toxins and you feel you healthier and lighter. You can prepare many detox drinks yourself at home.

  3. I love doing workouts and I am really sad now that I can't go go the gym due ho the high fever but as soon as I feel better, I will try your workout.
