A new active Monday day today. For today I choose a really hard workout video with high tempo. This is a 45 minute, full-body toning workout video with Jake DuPree. I love Jake' s workouts. He is a very joyful person with much energy. And I think a 45-minute workout is a very good idea to start an active week. 

Health Tipp This Week :

Don' t forget to drink at least 2 cups of detox tee every day. It helps your body to get rid of toxins and you feel you healthier and lighter. You can prepare many detox drinks yourself at home.
