Walking is the easiest thing a person can do, the risk of injury is very low and walking is the cheapest activity. Often you've read the articles we have to walk about 30 minutes each day. Let me clarify a subject that is often misunderstood. A common idea is enough thinking if I move 30 minutes a day.
