Active Monday 35 - Bodyweight Workout & Plum Muesli

 Hello everyone from the 35th week of Active Monday. We have now officially entered autumn. September is one of my favorite months. The beauty of nature and the warm autumn weather makes it great for long walks. Today I have prepared a very simple but healthy plum muesli recipe with an exercise video that you can do with your body weight. Enjoy it :)

Ingredients

400 g of oatmeal
500 g plums
3 tbsp lemon juice
30 g nuts (chopped)
2 tbsp honey
2 cups of yogurt

preparation

     First wash, core, and chop the plums. Then mix the yogurt, nuts, lemon juice, and oatmeal in a bowl. Carefully fold in the plums and add honey to taste.
