Power bar

60 g dried Aronia berries
80 g oatmeal
30 g quinoa, puffed
60 g walnuts, chopped
60 g dried cranberries
60 g dried mango, finely chopped
1 tbsp coconut flour
Juice of 1/2 orange
3 tbsp coconut oil
100 g vegan white chocolate (health food or health food store)
2 tbsp agave syrup
4 tablespoons of nut butter (almond butter, walnut butter ...)
Description of the preparation
For the power bars with Aronia berries, chop the Aronia berries into large pieces in a blitz chopper. Mix the oatmeal, quinoa, nuts, dried fruit, coconut flour and the chopped Aronia berries well in a bowl, pour the orange juice over them. Melt coconut oil and white chocolate very carefully over a water bath, stir agave syrup with nutmeg and heat slightly so that the mass becomes a little more fluid, and stir both mixtures into the cereal mixture.

Line a rectangular baking pan (approx. 20 x 28 cm) with baking paper, fill in the mixture, distribute evenly and press down very well with a moistened spoon. Cover the mould with cling film and let it solidify in the fridge overnight. Cut the hardened mass into bars with a large, sharp knife, store in a storage jar in the fridge, use up the power bars with Aronia berries within a week.
