What Should You Eat Before And After Exercising

You can consume carbohydrate-containing foods ahead of your cardio. If you are going to eat, you should wait at least 2 hours to do sports. It would make sense to wait up to 4 hours if you have something too heavy, difficult to digest. One banana is one of the foods that will give you carbohydrate support. You can start sports after 1 hour.
If you are doing strength exercises, you should eat foods that contain carbohydrates and protein. Like a banana and a bunch of protein-containing nuts.

What do we consume after sports? After sports, especially if you have made fat burning exercises, the most important is water, water, water. We should drink plenty of water. Carbohydrate and protein-containing foods can be consumed after about 15 minutes from sports.
